No better time to sharpen your track and field skills before season starts up! On March 22nd, Lindenwood University’s track and field staff and athletes welcome you to come learn more about proper warmups, mobility, and event specific technical skills to help you compete at a high level. All abilities are welcomed! We will be digging into all event groups except pole vault and the hammer throw.

Location: Lindenwood University’s Outdoor Track Facility 209 S Kingshighway St, St. Charles, MO 63301 (Dropoff and Parking in the Hyland Arena Parking Lot).
What to Bring: Proper footwear for warmups and a waterbottle. Optional to bring event-specific footwear such as spikes or throwing shoes.
